Terms and Conditions

All costumes are charged per item and a bond fee will be required per booking. Your bond will be refunded to you upon return of your costume/s.

 

Standard hire is for 7 days. If you require the costume for longer extra charges apply.

 

We encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment. Once you have chosen your costume and are ready to book, you will need to pay a booking fee which is taken off your final total. The booking fee is a 20% deposit and non-refundable if you decide to cancel your booking. 

 

Costumes can be couriered at additional cost. If costumes are returned late a late fee will be charged - usually 50% of original hire.

 

A lot of our costumes require specialist cleaning, so please do not wash them. Soiled costumes that require extra cleaning may incur an extra cleaning charge, this will be deducted from your bond.

 

Payment to be made by online bank transfer prior to collection of costumes, into Expressions Dance account 12 3051 0410476 00 using Name and invoice number as reference.

 

If costumes become damaged  we will try to get the costume repaired and charge a repair fee, if it is damaged beyond repair or lost we will charge a replacement cost. This cost will be deducted from the bond. If the cost exceeds the bond you will be required to pay additional costs, replacement costs will depend on the item, usually charged at 5 times the hire fee.
